Planning an event at The Barking Crab is as easy as counting to 5.

	In the event the date/time is available you will receive back a menu and contract. Fax signed contract to (617) 986-1690
	Submit online credit card authorization form once signed contract has been faxed. Credit Card Form
	Notify the event planner 5 days prior to the event of your final menu counts.

Event Menus:

Events at The Barking Crab are limited to the event menus. Please notify us of any allergies prior to the event.

Bar Options:

You may have a Cash Bar, where your guests will order and pay for their own drinks at the bar.
Or you may have an Open Bar, where all of your guests’ drinks are placed on your tab.
You may also have a Limited Open Bar with Drink Tickets - you decide on the number of drinks you want each guest to be able to order on your tab, and each guest receives that number of tickets (provided by client).

Guest Count:

You must submit a minimum guaranteed guest count two weeks in advance of your party.
You will be charged for this number of guests even if fewer attend.
We will count the number of guests who attend your party, and if there are more than your guarantee, you will be charged for the additional guests.

Payment:

A 7% meals tax and 20% gratuity will be added to your bill. If you are tax exempt, we can only omit the meals tax if you give us copies of both your ST-2 AND ST-5 certificates, this is a strict requirement of the Massachusetts revenue service.
